ProWine Asia

Accreditation and Guidelines

Is admission to the exhibition and associated events free to members of the media?

Admission to the exhibition and associated events is complimentary to accredited and registered members of the media.

How do I obtain a media badge to cover the event?

Online media registration for the exhibition and associated events will commence in January 2018. For further enquiries, please contact the ProWine Asia (Singapore) 2018 media relations team here.

Only editorial staff will be accredited as media. Titles regarded as editorial staff include analysts, bureau chiefs, editorial publishers, correspondents, editors, journalists, producers, web journalists, accredited camera and video crew, etc. Freelance camera crew, writers, photographers and writers must present proof of assignment by accredited media outlet. Registered media organisations include recognised magazines, trade publications, newspapers, news wires, broadcasting stations and news portals.

Employees of media outlets who do not work in an editorial capacity will not be qualified for a media badge. Such personnel include art directors, CEOs, VPs, district managers, general managers, graphic designers, managing directors, sales, marketing, media managers, public relations and promotions representatives. This list is not exhaustive and we may refuse admission at our discretion.

If you are not a journalist, but are a member of the industry and wish to attend the show, please click here for general visitor registration information.

When does media registration close?

Online media registration will close on 16 April 2018. You can still register onsite at the ProWine Asia (Singapore) 2018 Media Registration Desk.

What areas of access does the media badge offer?

Your media badge grants you access to the ProWine Asia (Singapore) 2018 and FHA2018 (Food&HotelAsia2018) exhibitions, as well as associated conferences and events.

If I am heading to the Opening Ceremony on the first day of the exhibition, must I collect my media badge from the Media Centre first?
