GENERAL

  • After consultation with attendees and industry partners, we have taken the decision to postpone FHA-Food & Beverage due to global travel concerns in light of the latest developments regarding the COVID-19 situation.
  • In Singapore, there have been signs of community spread and local authorities have issued advisories to avoid crowded places.
  • As such, this decision was necessary and made for the safety and well-being of our exhibitors, event attendees and staff.
  • ProWine Asia (Singapore) will now be co-located with FHA-HoReCa and will be held 13-16 July 2020.
  • FHA-Food & Beverage will be held 2-5 March 2021.

EXHIBITOR

  • FHA and ProWine Asia representatives are contacting all exhibitors to discuss their participation at the rescheduled event dates in accordance to the relevant terms and conditions outlined in our contracts with the exhibitors.
  • We will work closely with you to ensure that you are provided with the necessary support required following the event postponement. Please write to info@prowineasia.com if you need urgent assistance.

Flight bookings made on Official Airline – Singapore Airlines

  • Singapore Airlines (SIA) is waiving all rebooking fees for tickets issued on or before 15 March 2020.
  • Customers can cancel their existing flight itineraries, retain the value of their tickets and rebook their travel at a later date, when they are able to firm up their new travel plans.
  • The new flight itinerary should be completed by 31 March 2021.
  • All rebooking fees will be waived, although a fare difference may apply for the new itinerary.
  • Customers who wish to cancel their existing flight itineraries with no plans to rebook their travel at a later date, will be subjected to the cancellation policy tied to fare conditions and ticket type.
  • Customers who booked their tickets directly through SIA may contact the airline directly to make the necessary arrangements.
  • Customers who booked their tickets through a ticketing agent should make the necessary arrangements with the ticketing agent directly.

Official Hotel bookings made via our Official Travel Agent - JTB

If you have booked your accommodation at any of our official hotels through our official travel agent - JTB, they will be getting in touch with you. We trust that JTB will do their utmost to accommodate the changes to your bookings.

Bookings made on non-Official Airline and non-Official Hotels

We advise you to contact your travel or booking agent and hotel provider immediately for information and advice corresponding to their specific cancellation & amendment policies.

VISITOR

  • Your registration will remain valid and we will be in touch with you again to survey your interest to visit the event(s) on the new dates.
  • We have temporarily closed access to the Visitor Portal to carry out maintenance. You will be notified via email when access to the Visitor Portal resumes.
  • We have paused the visitor online pre-registration system to carry out necessary changes and maintenance.
  • Online pre-registration for visitors to FHA-HoReCa and ProWine Asia (Singapore) will resume in April 2020.
